Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused cat food products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened items unless they are damaged or defective.

Eligible for Return:

✓ Unopened products in original packaging
✓ Damaged or defective items
✓ Wrong product delivered
✓ Products past expiry date upon delivery
✓ Products with manufacturing defects

Not Eligible for Return:

✗ Opened cat food packages
✗ Products without original packaging
✗ Items returned after 7 days
✗ Products damaged due to misuse

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery. If you'd like to exchange for a different product or flavor, simply return the eligible item and place a new order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order
Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
Step 3: Our team will verify eligibility and provide return instructions
Step 4: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
Step 5: Ship the product back using our provided return label
Step 6: Receive your refund or replacement once we receive the item

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges, at no cost to you.
